COURSE DESCRIPTION

A Multimedia course focuses on the creation, design, and manipulation of various forms of media, including graphics, audio, video, and interactive elements. This course explores the technical and creative aspects of multimedia production, equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively communicate and engage audiences through multimedia content.

The course covers a wide range of topics, including graphic design principles, video editing, audio production, animation techniques, interactive multimedia development, and multimedia integration for web and mobile platforms. Students will learn to use industry-standard software tools and techniques to create compelling and interactive multimedia projects.

  5. Edit and enhance videos using techniques such as cutting, transitions, effects, and colorcolourection.
  6. Design and develop interactive multimedia elements, such as buttons, menus, and navigation systems.
  7. Utilize animation techniques to bring static graphics and text to life.
  8. Understand the principles of user experience (UX) and apply them to multimedia projects to ensure usability and engagement.
  9. Integrate multimedia elements into web and mobile platforms, considering responsive design principles.
  10. Collaborate effectively in a multimedia production team, understanding the roles and responsibilities of team members.
