Time Schedule of CTET 2021 Exam

The schedule of the CTET 2021 exam will be updated soon once the official dates are out. CTET 2021 Age Limit

As per the official notification, the age of the aspiring candidates should not less than 18 years and not more than 35 years. The candidature of the candidates who don't satisfy the CTET 2021 eligibility criteria will be cancelled.

CTET 2021 Exam Pattern

CTET 2021 exam will be conducted in offline mode. CTET 2021 exam pattern will have two phases, Paper-1 and Paper 2. Paper-1 aims at testing the proficiency of the candidates in languages, knowledge of the psychology related to learning and teaching along with other core subjects. Paper-II will also have similar sections aimed at testing the skills of the candidates. Candidates can choose two languages out of the 5 available options. Candidates can choose to appear for either paper-1, paper-2, or both. Candidates who qualify in the written exam of the CTET 2021 exam will be called for the Interview process.

CTET 2021 Paper for the primary stage will be having Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ). The first section "Child Development and Pedagogy" will be based on the educational psychology of teaching and learning of children of 6 to 11 years.The Language-I section will focus on proficiency in the language of imparting instructions. Language-II will be related to language, communication skills, and comprehension abilities. Language I and Language II, both will be different. CTET 2021 Admit Card

CTET 2021 admit card will be available on the official website. It will be released by the conducting authority 15 days before the date of the examination. To download CTET 2021 admit card candidates have to give their application number, date of birth as a password, and security pin provided at the time of registration to login to the official website. The admit card contains details regarding the candidate's name, exam centre, location, and CTET exam date 2021. Candidates need to carry the admit card to the examination hall on the day of the exam. Candidates who do not have a valid admit card will not be allowed to attend the examination.

Documents to carry with the CTET Admit Card

Certain documents like valid photo identity proof and its photocopy, two recent passport size photographs and admit card are required at the exam centre. The photograph must match the photo uploaded during the application process. These documents will be verified by the invigilator at the exam centre after which candidates will be allowed entry into the exam hall. Candidates can bring any one of the following documents as photo identity proof.
